Dirty Martini Catering delivers elevated food and polished service for events of all sizes — from quick drop-off platters to fully staffed buffet and table service experiences. Choose the service style that fits your event, and we’ll handle the details with professional presentation, smooth execution, and flavours your guests won’t stop talking about.

Our Service Options

Selecting the right service style sets the tone for your entire event. From streamlined delivery to fully staffed dining experiences, each option is thoughtfully structured to support a smooth and refined atmosphere.

Each menu is fully customizable, allowing us to create a dining experience tailored to your event, guest count, and vision — executed with professionalism and care.

Ready-to-Serve 

  • ​Prepared and delivered meals ideal for private gatherings and corporate events.

  • Available individually packaged or in disposable serving pans.

  • Setup, service staff, and cleanup not included.

Buffet Service

  • Self-serve- Full buffet setup with serving utensils. No service staff included.

  • Standard- Full buffet setup with on-site service staff.

  • Full - Fully staffed buffet with elevated presentation and dinnerware.

Table Service
& Butler Pass

  • Table Service-Plated meals served by professional staff and on-site chefs.

  • Butler Pass-Passed hors d’oeuvres served by staff during cocktail-style events.

  • Dinnerware available upon request.

Bar Services

  • Basic-Professional bartender(s) and bar setup. Client provides bar supplies.

  • Standard -Bartender(s), bar setup, and glassware. 

  • Full - Complete bar setup with mixers, ice, garnishes, tools, and glassware.

  • Client provides alcohol unless otherwise arranged.

Event Rentals
& Staffing

Event rentals and professional service staff available for your event, booked independently or alongside catering services.

Book Your Event

We recommend confirming your booking early, as dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your event date, the following is required:

A $100 non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee is required to secure your event date. This fee is applied toward your total invoice.

All platters require a 50% deposit to confirm the order. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

A 50% deposit of the total invoice is due 60 days prior to the event date. All deposits are non-refundable.

Policies

Rentals

  • Includes chafing dishes, dinnerware, flatware, glassware, and other catering items.

  • Full payment is required at pickup or prior to delivery.

  • A refundable deposit is required for unsupervised rentals and will be retained for any damaged, lost, or missing items.

  • Items must be returned on time and in good condition. Late returns may incur fees.

  • Rentals are non-transferable and must be used for the scheduled event.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 21 days before the event receive a one-time credit of 60% of the deposit, valid for 60 days.

  • Rescheduling requires a new booking fee.

  • Cancellations within 21 days of the event forfeit the deposit.

  • Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are subject to full invoice payment.

Service Staff & Overtime

  • Staff rates vary depending on the type of personnel required.

  • Each staff member is guaranteed a minimum of five (5) hours, including setup, service, and cleanup.

  • Overtime is billed separately.

Menu Changes

  • All menu changes must be finalized at least 14 days prior to the event date.

  • Last-minute changes are not guaranteed.

Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

  • All allergies and dietary restrictions must be disclosed at the time of booking.

  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions if not disclosed in advance.

Event Timing

  • Events must adhere to scheduled start and end times.

  • Overtime fees may apply for extended service hours.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the event.
